  • You have never previously been banned from pq111.

1.2 Changes to the Terms

pq111 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new Terms.

Account Registration & Management

2.1 Creating an Account

To enjoy services at pq111, you need to create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts and funds may be confiscated.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are accountable for all activity carried out from your account.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pq111 may request your national identity card or other documents to verify your identity at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

Funds may only be deposited at pq111 through approved payment methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

  • Deposited funds must come only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly; if there is any delay, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

  • Once a withdrawal request is submitted, pq111 will complete the verification process.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Transaction Limits

pq111 reserves the right to set or change deposit and withdrawal limits at any time. Any updates in this regard will be communicated on the platform.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at pq111 have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
  • Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000 (bonus capped at the maximum limit)

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met. pq111's welcome bonus wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus → after placing ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
  • Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time; the specific terms of each offer apply individually.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • pq111 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

4.4 VIP Program

Regular players can join pq111's VIP program. There are four tiers:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

You can advance to higher tiers through regular activity and active participation.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on pq111 are conducted fairly and transparently. The platform ensures SSL encryption and fair play. Game results are technically secured and free from any manipulation.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

  • Playing using automated software or bots.
  • Exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
  • Exploiting technical errors or glitches in the platform.
  • Colluding or conspiring with other users.

5.3 Technical Errors

Any winnings or amounts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will not be considered valid. In such situations, pq111 reserves the right to cancel the erroneous transaction.

Sports Betting Terms

6.1 Betting Rules

At pq111, you can place bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once confirmed, all bets cannot be changed or cancelled. Betting may be available both before a match starts and while it is in progress.

6.2 Match Cancellation & Rescheduling

If a match is cancelled or not completed within the specified time frame, pq111 will handle the relevant bets in accordance with its rules on refunds or alternative settlement. Special rules specific to each sport can be found in pq111's gaming section.

6.3 Betting Limits

pq111 reserves the right to set betting limits based on a user's activity or a specific event. Accounts may be subject to investigation in cases of unusual betting patterns.

7.1 Self-Control Tools

Users can make use of the following features:

Account Termination & Suspension

pq111 may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or dishonest conduct.
  • Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
  • Extended periods of inactivity on the account.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Any pending bets or transactions must be settled before the account is closed. After closure, you may apply to have any valid remaining balance returned.

Limitation of Liability

pq111 is committed to always providing the best service as a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following cases:

  • Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical disruption.
  • Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
  • Account loss resulting from the user's own negligence.
  • Online gaming being prohibited within the user's jurisdiction.

Our maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual amount of the transaction in question.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between pq111 and the user, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect.

12.3 No Waiver

Failing to take action in the event of a breach does not mean waiving any rights in the event of future breaches.
